The term refers to the movement of the planets, tracked, watched, observed, and there’s always that recent discovery that this is an ancient form of natural observations, with the cuneiform tablets, and then the mention that the phase of the moon affects weather, specifically, rainfall.

I’ve been decoding transits longer than I’ve been reading charts. I used the phase of the moon to accurately predict sales, especially liquor sales, at one time, buried deep in my previous careers.
