Question arose again, did I practice meditation? Pretty much a daily deal for me. Not as rigorous as I would like, but yes, pretty much daily. Sometimes, when the organic byproduct has hit the rotating, oscillating atmosphere-moving device? Double-down.

If I don’t have time to meditate, then I must meditate. Simple process.
