Mercury Retrograde

When Mercury is retrograde, it’s always a good time to review. Look back over our shoulder. Glance in the rearview. Can’t dwell there, though.

Green Chili
Cold weather means hot chili. Wanted to try an idea I dreamed up.
Kramer’s Wal-Mart Green Chili
Half-dozen firm tomatillos
Couple of Anaheim Peppers
Couple of Poblano Peppers
Couple of Serrano Peppers
Couple of Green Bell Peppers
One or two onions
Clove of garlic
Stew meat
Pork sausage
Chop and simmer.
I picked up a dozen or more Serrano peppers, but after sampling as I went, I limited them to just a few. The winter jalapeño looked sickly, and judging from the heat in the Serrano, not mild enough yet.
