Quick and Easy Fudge

Always looking for quick, easy, tasty recipes that I can make. No baking. As one observer put it, “He’s baked enough already.”

    2 cups almond flour
    1/2 cup maple syrup
    1/2 cup coconut butter

Vegan and/or paleo

Combine nut grease and sweetener in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat until liquid. Stir in flour. Chill.

So easy, even I can do it. Serves three or so.
