The weather gets nasty, freezing situations, but hey, my immediate question — how long before I’m in shorts again?

The pictures came pouring in, images of snowmen, ice, freezing conditions, grocery stores with whole aisles of food, plundered in case — of what?

I do suggest caution, and in many cases, if possible, don’t leave home.

Must’ve been a slow news cycle, local weather dominated the feeds.

I hope real snow people don’t laugh: we were completely stalled out with an inch of snow. One inch. Up to our collective asses, most unable to function. Just a dusting, here. Not even a whole coat of the stuff.
