Crawdads

I was poking around on a British fishing website and I discovered they have a huge problem with crawdads. Mudbugs to some. American Crayfish. A delightful food source.

There was a picture a the bottom, and I’m sure they could solve their problem with the Crustaceans by simply teaching local populations to boil and serve. A picture at the bottom of the page, and all I could think about was a bottle of “crawfish boil,” and we’re good to go.

Crawdads, original recipes were from Louisiana.

Bite the tail, suck the head.

Look like little lobsters, don’t they?
