Length, content, links. Essay-like in style, breezy, yet informational, and then, there are links. Maybe, around 500 words? Cover two important points in the content, with links to earlier and supporting documentation. It’s what I like. Can be quickly summarized yet has, for me, an emotional depth.
Goes back to a comment before the current conditions, and although the comment was directed at a specific target, I’ve thought about this over the years, and reused the analogy, “… long enough to cover the topic, but short enough to keep it interesting,” cf., Polonius.
