California Conundrum

Some things about the Pacific Coast dwellers — the Left Coast — there are always questions. Food’s been universally good, but odd the other morning. Just a casual observation, not a big deal but, really fancy, delightful, artful, and artisanal Eggs Benedict, but served with ketchup?
