Limits of hardware…

Santa Fe flower, a from a vine, from next to a book store where I did a reading.

No rest for those of us who work on vacation.

The goal was to escape the bookstore without spending all the cash for new travel books.

Hardware: iPhone
Software: CameraBag.app, iPhoto
Location: Santa Fe, NM (rail yard)

Then, there was this Sky Friday. I’d suggest it was a hurricane – the original impetus was a similar scene, back to the side-project. The side-project version, it’s been revisited a time or two, but that gave me the idea. Empty billboards are much more interesting than most of the advertising available these days. Just another victim of this modern world. Or maybe, urban decay and lame hurricane season.

Theses trumpet vine flowers are so beautiful. I like the framing too.

Stopped at the Auto Club office yesterday afternoon and picked up a Southern California/Las Vegas Tour Book. Free. Plus the Auto Club’s map which has little icons at the appropriate places and quick info on the bottom. As soon as the weather improves, I’m off for the weekends. Some of them, at least.
