El Paso: That’s why I liked the Gourds’ song for this week’s introduction. I really don’t like watching the TV news, but while I was waiting on my flight yesterday morning, I found out that yes, the Cedar Fever was at a peak. I just hope it clears out by the time I get back. The funny thing was, the pollen count wasn’t available online. The beauty of the internet is instantaneous delivery. Apparently not in Austin. Maybe I don’t live in town that’s that high tech after all.
As much as I like coming to this El Paso, I’ve got to remember to time my flights in and out a little better. And it seems like I was just here, not that long ago. Anything exciting? Not really. Just a nice place to be. Although, the reception to the fact that I was more than partially clothed was amusing. “Such a nice jacket Kramer, I didn’t know you owned any clothing besides shorts…”
