Catfish King:
Between Austin and Ft. Worth, there’s got to be a ton of catfish places. I couldn’t remember a single one, Cherry Creek in Austin having won me over as the best. But Catfish King – that’s its name – in Waco. I was only here once before, so it was a bit of a challenge to recall the details.
