Travel and travails

The flight for Seattle, Sea-Tac, leaves at 6 in the morning. Standard departure protocol dictates arrive at the airport one hour before departure time. Whatever was I thinking when I booked a red-eye out of here.

The Secret:
Editorial on The Secret. Good point.

When a comment or point shows up in an individual consultation, it’s no big deal. When I find myself repeating that point, over and over, it’s time to write it out and leave it at that. I recommended that book, The Secret, several times over. It’s an annoying, cloying, garbled mess of new age (male bovine excrement) repackaged, and re-delivered. Yawn.

Then why would I recommend it? There are certain points it makes, and sometimes, even though the book offends me on several levels – aesthetically, emotionally, spiritually – the point made is good. Maybe it could help correct the thinking process. Which is why I was recommending the text.
