Maybe it was just me, maybe it was the sodden, overcast summer’s eve. Maybe it was the frustration at the price of filling a friend’s tank with gas. Could be a lot of different items. Still, there it was a sign looming in the glooming twilight. “Try our new pumps.” Then, that banner, its position relative to the standard signs.

Maybe it’s just me. “Try our new pumps” and they pump fresh milk and beer? Did I see that right?
