I’m not sure how high tea’s gourmet staple fits in the regimen? Clotted Cream.

Underground:
The Down Street Station used to be between Hyde Park and Green Park stations, Piccadilly Line. (Dark) Blue line to me.

Darn the luck, lost this game of Mornington Crescent.
