Snickerdoodles:
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 cups Gold Medal Flower
1 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
1 teaspoon soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Heat oven to 400. Mix ingredients. Roll into balls the size of walnuts. Roll balls in a mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. Place 2 inches apart on an un-greased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes.
