Plagiarism

(noun)
“The practice of taking someone else’s work or ideas and passing them off as one’s own.” (dictionary)

Question begging:
Copying the definition, without attribution, is that plagiarism?

In any case, it’s an ethical question. And as an author? It’s a very touchy subject.

However, I’m sure that the definition is pretty clear. There’s a special place in hell for people who violate that principle. I don’t know if that’s true, but I have to believe that. I have to.
