    What are heirloom tomatoes? Is that just the name or does it refer to the plant’s history? Pardon the questions. See, for most Filipinos, a tomato’s a tomato. We don’t get many varieties except in the largest supermarkets where the other varieties are imported.

    All I know is they are grown in Alamo, Texas….
