Regarding the 1 in 10 story–we in Los Angeles are struggling with a similar situation. Our church is housing an illgal immigrant whose husband and children are all U.S. citizens, but if she leaves the church sanctuary/grounds, she is subject to arrest and deportation. It’s long past time we rethought the whole mess.
