    Ugh. Grafitti is so depressing. I used to live in an area plagued by it. None around me now but it sure crops up too much everywhere else.

    the local government units here have designated specific walls for graffiti artists to express themselves. i think it’s working—they’re not being chased by the police anymore.:p
