I’m not weighing in the plus or minus of the health are vote. I’m not taking sides on that one.
Buttermilk Sky – a favorite image.
That weekend I was with some of my more conservative friends, well-armed, and opinionated. I keep some things to myself.
However, I meant to do astrological thumbnail sketch, I think it should tie to the vote. Sun entered Aries on Saturday morning. Mars, previously retrograde and then stationary at, basically zero degrees of Leo, activating that point in all fixed signs? Mars is war, Aries is war-like, and Leo is loud. A statement was made. Political, war-like or otherwise. With the current president a Leo, I think the symbolism should be obvious. The president’s plan got pushed through.
I’m not well-versed enough to offer an opinion on the fate of the free world, the impact and implications of legislation, and so forth. Not my area of expertise. I just suggested that the astrological portents clearly indicated this was going to pass. With a fight and acrimony, plus much wailing and gnashing of teeth, as peace is rent asunder.
The astrology is simple enough: Mars is the fight and Mars has been backwards in apparent retrograde motion, then moving forward, again, this sets off the fixed signs, it’s a call to action.
I’d go deeper with an analysis but it’s all post-mortem. What’s the fun in that?
What, you don’t like Monday morning quarterbacking? The astrological bits were very interesting, as an overlay to the events.
