Trifecta

One image, many uses.

It’s a beach access point on Mustang Island, from within the Corpus Christi city line, and probably within the reach of Mustang Island State Park.

Road Trip. Paused long enough in Port A to stop and take a simple picture. Beach driving might’ve been good that day. I’m more interested in coastal fishing than driving on the beach.

Great shot. Lots of atmosphere. I don’t get to many beaches around here. Great sepia

The sign doesn’t say if it’s low or high tide. Yet, the wide open gulf and wide Texas sky allows for us to take a look if not a drive anytime!

such an interesting sign. I suppose that I never think of driving on a beach…
    fine photo~

Kramer, that sky is incredible! Excellent shot! Now tell me how do I tell if the beach driving conditions are good or poor?
We have some areas of our beaches designated for fishing and that’s where guys can drive their cars onto the beach and set up their poles and lines! :)

In the un-retouched version, there’s a green spot by the good driving conditions. I prefer walking on the beach, but they didn’t ask me – that beach is particular source of inspiration.

interesting sign–i don’t think we have signs at our beaches here.:p
