What does F.I.S.H. stands for? Must be something important ;)

I am curious too about F.I.S.H, or is it just “arty” for fish? I like the detail in the stone.

The tag is from the name for an art installation, big, swimming, swinging sculptures of fish, underneath a high overpass, on the new section of the San Antonio riverwalk, the museum reach.
