Small block Chevy. Red drop top. White interior. Partially restored, daily driver. Found it curbside in Dallas, cold January morning. In front of a coffee shop.
I’m so not a Chevy guy, but that is from an era when mechanical machines had soul. Even parked curbside, it still oozed class.
Perfect for the Ruby Tuesday theme.

Classy, yes, but unreliable as all get out, and with no seat belts or head rests (and pointy bits of chrome on the steering wheel and the dashboard), dangerous as well. Modern cars go on forever. Under the skin, the old ones were junk that were doing well to make a hundred thousand miles.
The small block Chevy 327 was a fine engine. The 1965 Impala is a stunner, big, bold, well styled – and a most excellent ruby hue. Nicely captured!
It sure looks to be in very good condition.
A real beauty.

A classic!
It surely oozed something. Not positive “class” is exactly the word. Perfect picture for Ruby Tuesday, for sure.
And what a perfect Ruby capture it was!
Thanks for the visit.
Nice…
