Customer service dropped call.

Think about it, the one time you want the call to drop, the one time, eat this Death-Star-move-your-offices-to-Dallas, just once, why doesn’t the call drop when customer service is on the line?

It did, it did!

Hillary was her name, Hillary in Boise. “We have four seasons,” she said.

Here, in South Texas, typically, we have two seasons: summer and roast. Reminds me of an idea for the Monday/Tuesday video…

Anyway, she was an iPhone person, and she had to hand me off to some Southern jewel with that Mississippi twang. I am such a sucker for the gentle lilt of a truly Southern accent.

The dropped call and call-back changed my energy, I mean, I can’t make this stuff up
