Absolutely useless language note, the town is pronounced “Bernie.” It’s a German/Texas/Mexican thing, local to South-Central Texas.
It was outside a fleet service center, the truck, and from dirt, grime, and general demeanor, it’s not stretch that the vehicle is a work truck, farm and ranch, best guess.
That’s not the point. Poco Loco Ranch uses a perfectly acceptable symbol for the ranch’s logo. What caught my wandering eye, then the phone’s camera, was that symbol itself.
