Upscale place in Santa Fe, which, to some, it’s all upscale, but the reviews for that one restaurant, on various review sites, just hilarious.
“Haughty maitre’de,” echoed across several sites, and he did seem young, good-looking, and flippantly unctuous, hence the problem. His problem, not mine. The espresso sealed the meal, it was all good.
Each restaurant in Santa Fe has a distinctive chili style with subtle variations.
