My sister and I have discussed this at length, owing in no small part to our parents and upbringing, but we vote. I’ve voted in every presidential election since I was old enough. I rarely vote otherwise, but I did vote in both primary and some congressional thing two years ago.
The people at my polling place already know me. I smile and joke, but voting is serious.

Two schools in my area have had student votes. Both schools voted 3 to 1 for Barack Obama. Gives me hope for the future, even if we’re stupid enough to elect GOP today.

In my experience, any time there are enough snakes around to warrant such a sign, you REALLY have to watch out.
