Skyfall

The James Bond franchise? Still going strong.

Little Aquarius waiter, at the Alamo Drafthouse. I had to remind him, “Any movie at the Alamo is better.”

That was one serious romp through the fun land. Has it been 50 years?

I don’t know. The strength of the Alamo as a place to see a film is the weird trailers. Historical Bond trailers, the music, the various actors, the trivia. I never knew there was “James Bond Jr.” cartoon.

The music. The cars. The stunts. Javier Bardom? Killer bad guy. Just killer.

Really fun, really good film.

Nothing like first-class slumming. Action, adventure, handsome and techie–yeah, I’m all over it.

One of the few movies that was worth the price. Really big fun.
