While this was a July 4 image of Rudy’s BBQ Truck, it was about what the sign said. While it’s good to be patriotic on July 4th, a place like Rudy’s is patriotic, year-round.
“To all those that have made out freedom possible — we thank you.”
The other bit that’s a little dangerous, but works well for that one place and its subsequent chain?
“Rudy’s: the worst bar-b-q in Texas.”
