Book Ad

Book Ad
Poking around the other evening I stumbled across this video short, with an intriguing lead-in: “I asked my son to make an ad for my book.”

It was the end of the project, I’m unsure of the production values, but it looks like a relatively well-done piece, and certainly, if that’s true, his son did it, a superior answer than anything a ‘communications agency’ would provide.

Part of the appeal is that it doesn’t look like it was ‘professionally’ done.

I run two video spots that have similar goals, visible at Two-Meat Tuesday and The Portable Mercury Retrograde.

Some are better, some are worse. I tend to stick to writing as that’s my preferred medium.
