Sutton Hoo

Sutton Hoo
Recent material from the archeology dudes, Sutton Hoo as a village, too.

For me, it was a trek to the British Museum to see the original Sutton Hoo, or the display that had some of the original parts.

The archeology find, and subsequent exploration, did much to help fill in the distance between myth, lore, and whatever else counted as history from a period of time about which not much is truly known.

Finding more Sutton Hoo makes it kind of exciting.
