Cafe Su Dat

Cafe Su Dat

No idea if that was what it really was named, but I think it Cafe Su Dat. I never realized that Viet Nam was such a large coffee producers.

I was drinking Vietnamese Coffee, starting many years go, back in Austin daze. I got to liking the cuisine itself, and lunchtimes were accentuated with the local version of iced coffee.

I’ve got one of the little coffee drip things, but I never mastered the right combination at home. The last time I tried iced Vietnamese coffee in SA? Failed, miserably.

Not bad, just not hat I recall. Might’ve been setting, might’ve been missing pho, could be any number of mitigating factors.

Vietnamese Coffee, or as I recall it? Cafe Su Dat.
