Texas Legation

Texas Legation

The plaque for the Texas Legation is on the side of one shop in Mayfair, just off, I don’t call, Piccadilly? Someplace, Mayfair-ish…

The image is left over from my stack of London pictures, and when I lost the rights my domain name for a London address, I ported the whole site over into the defunct kramerwetzel.com set-up.

I’m lazy. Never work harder than need be.

So that popped up with a few stray images, what’s left will dribble out over the next year at odd intervals, like the Texas Legation.

Always a favorite reminder, as the plaque marks the Texas Embassy, as it was, 1842–45, when Texas was a country.

Yee-ha.
