The image is from a bookmark, the backside. Fell out of book in my library. The bookmark itself, the obverse side with the name and address an independent bookstore on the Left Coast, and I suspect, no longer there. Bookstore is probably gone; California is still there, I’m sure.

What’s curious is how the quote made it onto the bookmark. It’s my handwriting, sure, but I don’t recall the notation or source.
