Gulf Fishing

Gulf Fishing

Technically, it was Inshore Gulf Fishing via Aransas Pass. Great day on the water, overcast, cloudy, threat of rain, and stiff breeze from the south. Serious chop. Fished about three or four places, and I kept catching under-sized “rat” Reds — Red Drum that, in another month or two would be legal and keeper size. Exactly zero keepers after 8 hours on the water. Still, such a welcome break, and it wasn’t blistering hot. Makes it ever so worthwhile.
