Not Reading

Check back in a year, read all the plays yet?

Personally, I’d rather read Two Noble Kinsmen. Now I can’t find the link. Think it was noted critic Bloom who suggested that it was a play more suited to reading than performance.

I read the play, after it was officially admitted to the canon, and thought it was better as read rather than staged.

Like most critics, “Those who can’t do, criticize,” I haven’t seen a performance of Two Noble Kinsmen — but I have listened to it, at least twice now, and obviously, I read it — when it was first officially added to the acknowledge canon.
