San Antonio, TX

That was interesting. Working in San Antonio, the load-in for the Sunday gig in SA was amazing. The promoter herself wasn’t even in town, and her dully appointed representatives weren’t present, either. So it would, one would think, be a righteous “Charlie Foxtrot” situation —

Given my experience with shows and promoters — quarter-century doing this — and several recent experiences, you know who you are — the anticipated load-in with no adult supervison, torrential rain, tornado watch, flash flood advisory, and most important, Venus retrograde at zero Aries?

I would’ve guessed a bunch of butt-hurt readers, seers, and vendors. Internecine war at its worst.

Total opposite. However like I’ve alluded to before, start with sound underpinnings, built from the ground-up with good parts? The structure will withstand even heavy weather.

Or no adult supersion.

It was an amazing event, for me. The load-in, though, that was pure magic.
