What’s a Kramer Reading?
After some discussion around various venues with Sister, more than one of her friends kept asking about my professional services. By South Texas standards, I’m a little cheap, or expensive, depends. But compared with the same service in Northern Cal? I’m relatively cheap.

What’s a Kramer Reading?
One of the salient points — one of my strengths — I tend to be all over the place with a reading. I’ve long bemoaned the failure of “Cook Book” astrology, rote work akin to “Paint by numbers.”
So trying to explain, what I do?
A birth chart is a starting point, a place where I begin. There are patterns, cycles, themes that emerge from various charts. As I’ve covered elsewhere — www.BareFootAstrology.com — each chart is unique, and each chart has a different starting point, in my eyes.
For some, it’s the Sun. Others? Moon, or rising Sign. House placement, a certain cluster of planets in one place wherein attention in a portion of one’s life, for good or for ill. Then, too, the way I find no ill in a chart, for, “There’s nothing good or bad but thinking makes it so.” —Hamlet.
Much as we would like to think the planets froze in place the moment we were born? The planets follow their proscribed orbits and that describes patterns. Part of what I do.
In one way of seeing this material, I let the person getting the reading do some of the directing. There are two, no three, important points of contact: the astrology chart itself, the person being “read,” and me.
I bring my own understanding and life-experiences with me. The person I am as a reader 20 years ago is not the same one I am now. My outlook and understanding shifts, changes, and I have deeper insights, plus, I’ve forgotten so much of the material that was less than applicable.

An astrology chart is nothing more than a tool to help navigate situations.

Situations as defined by stellar influences. Not complicated at all.
