Aquarius

Aquarius

The card represents the Tropical Zodiac Sign of Aquarius, the Star Card, typically, a woman pouring water between two containers, hence the name, “The Water Bearer.”

Aquarius is an air sign, it is associated with the 11th House of the zodiac, and the Aquarius planet used to be Saturn, but certainly better embodied by Uranus.

Stop giggling, boys.

January 20, 8:59 AM, local, according to one set of calculations.

Got a chart, but the card was prettier. This card shows what I take to be an almost crystalline matrix nature of the Aquarius psyche. And it’s a “water bearer,” not a water sign.

The card itself shows what I take to be a feminine figure, which belies the subtle androgyny of the real Aquarius sensibility.

As the Sun enters Aquarius, it sets up a power dynamic with a tension angle to the Aquarius planet, Uranus at an early degree of Taurus. Not bad. Not good, not anything, cf., Hamlet.

With that noted? Let us sally forth unto the fray. Good times, once we get over the hump.
