Always amusing to me, how books get recommended to me. This one was endorsed by my sister. However, that being noted, remember, what she claims, she “checks books out of the library,” but she listens to them, the books. Think: Books on tape, although, technically, I’ve never listened to a tape of a book, all digital files.

While I understand the concept, and I do listen to Shakespeare’s plays — more frequently pre-pandemic — books on tape never worked for me.

Let us visit dictionaries.

There’s a phrase from Love’s Labor’s Lost that’s haunting me, thinking about this.
