Myth, lore, metaphor, and popular culture? Friday the 13th is the herald of bad luck, according to some. To me?
Some years ago, I happened across a historical antecedent, purported, and mythologized root, I should add, with plenty of room for disclaimers, about the source of the superstition surrounding Friday the 13th. Noted elsewhere in other formats and forums.
It was the Bishop of Narbone? Sounds better in Middle French? I don’t recall, not anymore.
