The Yirgacheffe bag was good. There’s a note, there’s a definite flavor, and I know that I’ve sampled this before in other brands, the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe — flavor? Distinctive, but I don’t get the aromatic “stone fruit,” but there is an earthiness, and like most products, I suspect water source and soil makes the difference.
Quite yummy.
