Swamp Story: A Novel

It’s a set up?

“Bear with me,” said Ken. “My idea is, what if the melon heads show up here? In the Everglades?” Page 57.

Except, in Florida? Ever Google “Florida Man”?

Ever see a politician, like one the TV, and just wished a wild boar would piss all over him? Rhetorical question, answered by a Florida humorist.

There’s a flash of the insanity that runs through the novel, and the usual, incredulous, “That could never happen,” but I live in Texas, and paying attention to the local news?

Fun book. An escape. Well-executed. Didn’t see that coming?
