New Mexico Red Chile

For the Tuesday “Red” theme –

The image are from an old camera chip, from the July trip, and they were such a perfect triptych of red chile, from a roadside vendor, in Espanola.

The last one, the hot ones, almost look like fish. Fishy curves. Rising up from the depths to break the surface and bite you on the tongue.

Our hot peppers didn’t do well this year. Hubby makes the best salsa, if you like it really hot. Perfect for Ruby Tuesday!
