The hills of New Mexico, mountains, really, and watching a Boy Scout troop arrive, I recall 18 -hour bus rides to arrive at Philmont, the way I recall it.

Think that’s the eastern slope of the mountains with Albuquerque and Santa Fe on the western shoulder.
