The cactus is a nice view, as we don’t see real cactus that is not in a pot in Connecticut. The broad Southwest skies and the cactus seems a natural, the Lone Star very impressive!
I also like the perspective of this photo. I have a Christmas cactus, but it’s in a pot. We live in Connecticut, so we don’t have cacti growing around here.

I like this, there is a contrast between the cactus and the sky that I don’t usually see. The angle of the shot is interesting.
It was growing over the top of gate. I looked up, there it was. Kind of a “different point of view,” so to speak.
That’s a pretty contrast – I like the angle!
