“Arbol” peppers, red hots on the shelf in the grocery store, in El Paso. It’s a personal fascination, and I’m learning, albeit slowly and at the expense of search engine ranking, how to photograph peppers. Check out the “pepper porn” on the ubiquitous side project.

This photo makes me think of my father tricking me into eating “piri+piri”.
Hot dosen’t even begin to describe that feeling.
Happy Ruby Tuesday!
WOAH……These are WAY too hot for this old gal. My boys and my husband love the heat, but I will not go near it. Love the post , though. It reminds me of how many folk out there really do go for the HOT! Genie
this is smoking! i’m afraid to try them myself. happy RT!
We love a little *heat from a good pepper but nothing so hot that it hurts. :))
Happy Ruby Tuesday

It’s called dried chillies here and a must have in my house, almost all my dishes will have them, just love the hot stuff!
These peppers offer a bod ruby, sweet maybe but hot for sure. Probably something I could use for spicing up something, but never alone. Perhaps deseeding them and allowing them to dry in the sun, then crush into a spicy powder. Naturally, my sensitive non Tex-Mex taste buds might not react too favorably to this in excess – but as they say, no pain, no gain…
Terrific Ruby Tuesday shot!! :)
WooHoo!! Hot stuff.
Love a little spice in my chili.
Great shot!
Too hot!
