Boyhood

Boyhood

Amazing movie, for all the right reasons, then, there’s question about locations. I recognize highways, restaurants, and possibly even a neighborhood, with the exception of anything in Houston.

The film gently nudged emotional buttons without poking, prodding, or being too maudlin. Deft craft.

I watch the odd TV show, usually with my iPad on hand, surfing, fact-checking or working on some unrelated issue.

Knowing it was going to be a cold weekend, I bought an iTunes card with weekend groceries, then rented the movie. Never touched the iPad. It as engrossing, with numerous lines, and then, the “Where was that” question.

Boyhood

Boyhood. Great film.
