Astrology Houses

Astrology Houses

In my work, and over the years, an observation or two that emerged? The astrology houses are guides, and as I repeated some years before, a fuzzy gray line between points in a chart, not a hard and fast single point of demarcation.

Doing the calculus on charts the other afternoon, second or third in a row? I started with the identical birth data, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and then, rotating the chart through the various iterations of the same program, the display itself changed.

Vertical, on a bazillion-pixel tablet? That does the widest spread of parts and generates a graphic that is huge. Same chart, in my more typical horizontal version? Little tighter, and therefore, some of the planets don’t properly squeeze into their pie-shaped pieces.

I was working on a chart, same data points, but the display was the computer-version, on a large monitor. Again, with the definitions of the lines, and what they mean.

Astrology Houses

The planets, their placements, locations, in and out of signs, in and out of points in the night sky? All of that is fact.

The Astrology Houses represent specific areas where action, accents, and shaded meanings occur. The lines between the houses themselves?

I tend to think, and this works over time, the cardinal points, the rising sign, the ascendant, the descendant, the mid heaven and the nadir, all of those are hard and fast, but the houses in between those points? More like a fuzzy, gray one rather than a line a single point wide.
