Orioles Dog

Orioles Dog

Serious ball park frank. Previous Baltimore Orioles reference.

Found something better: crab mac’n’cheese dog.

Got in early, wound up with some extra seats near the right outfield.

Quick observations? Amazing fan base, outstanding graphics, tightly woven design, better than any ball park I’ve been to so far. Bet the Boston fans could out-drink the Orioles peeps, but their “birdland” is better. The first night, every time I saw the title “birdland,” I heard dulcet refrains, and jazz music in my head.

The fans chanted, howled, sang along, and loved the players.

But no punk music at the end of the 8th 1.

As noted, cheap tickets, inexpensive time-share, and a historic — literary — ball park.

The first game, it was so much fun to watch two of the Nats just ran circles around the home team. Good baseball.
